Pick Up and Delivery

The customer service was awesome! Even before the owner showed up, the attendant was polite and even helped me a little. Who I think is the owner helped me get all of my laundry to my car. That basically made my day!

The place is always clean, and the machines are well-maintained. There's a kids' area (eliminating one of the main hazards of other laundromats) and free wifi. Since the machines operate on cards, you don't have to scrounge for coins. You can load the card with cash or debit/credit cards. Highly recommended!

We spent a couple of weeks out of town for a funeral and had to use other washaterias and I realized that this place (specifically) isn't expensive, the cost of doing laundry in a facility that isn't subsidized (by your apartment or university) is much higher than it used to be.

The laundry pick-up and delivery service provided by Wash It Kwik has been a godsend to my massage therapy business. The sheets are clean without any heavy fragrance (great for my sensitive clients), and they are individually wrapped, which I love because they stay sanitized and fresh until I use them. The pickup system is easy to manage and delivery is always prompt. The owner, Bruce, is a true professional and great to do business with. I am extremely happy with the service I have received through Wash It Kwik and highly recommend them.

As far as the drop-off service goes, they wash your clothes 10x better than you do and fold them spectacularly. hang, fold, provide the detergent, sofener, bleach, bla bla bla bla they take special instructions which I didn't give but they way they did it was perfect and everything that was folded was shrink wrapped which I think it just really cool. they even put my blankets in a really nice sturdy plastic bag like the ones you buy bedding sets in. it was awesome. I was humbled by their service and had to remind my wife that she still does an excellent job on the laundry but all the bells and whistles relaly make a difference! I'll be honest, I think some of the employees do a better job than the others but as long as I'm not doing it...word!

I go here every week for a reason. It's clean, there are always open washers and dryers, the staff is friendly, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the card. I'm so tired of walking around with 50 lbs of quarters in my pocket. The really awesome thing is you can recharge your laundry card right in the store!! *sigh* AWESOME!!! As a matter of fact; I'm on my way there now!!

Impressed by reviews and headed there. Attendants very helpful and keep this impressive facility spotless. Definitely like the coinless operation. Perhaps someday they will have an app. An A+ operation.

I was sick for nearly two weeks and the last thing I wanted to do was catch up on laundry. So..I took everything to Wash it Kwik. They washed it, folded it, neatly packaged it, hung the nice stuff, even matched the socks and had it all done by the next day! Really reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for your facility and employee. I was in there on Monday night and this morning, and your staff was courteous, patient, professional and all around informative and delightful. We will definitely be back. Very impressed.
